As the second most dangerous site, Interstate 71 northbound where Pfeiffer Road merges is also considered an urban freeway. Next to Route 126, average crashes for the area is 661.18. Average injuries and fatalities are 208.69.

Another urban freeway, Interstate 71 northbound where Interstate 471 merges also recorded high average crashes at 625.32. Its average for injuries and fatalities is at 91.15.
Interstate 71 (near Blue Ash)
Compared to the first three urban freeways, Interstate 71 (near Blue Ash) has comparatively lower average crashes at 399.46. Another urban freeway, Interstate 71 recorded an average of 122.89 for injuries and fatalities for 2013.
