Route 126 eastbound at Interstate 71 is categorized as an urban freeway. According to reports, it recorded a total of 666.39 in a year for 2013 with injuries and fatalities averaging 102.53.
Interstate 71 northbound where Pfeiffer Road merges
As the second most dangerous site, Interstate 71 northbound where Pfeiffer Road merges is also considered an urban freeway. Next to Route 126, average crashes for the area is 661.18. Average injuries and fatalities are 208.69.
Interstate 71 northbound where Interstate 471 merges
Another urban freeway, Interstate 71 northbound where Interstate 471 merges also recorded high average crashes at 625.32. Its average for injuries and fatalities is at 91.15.
Interstate 71 (near Blue Ash)
Compared to the first three urban freeways, Interstate 71 (near Blue Ash) has comparatively lower average crashes at 399.46. Another urban freeway, Interstate 71 recorded an average of 122.89 for injuries and fatalities for 2013.
Beginning of Norwood Lateral Parkway where Interstate 75 merges
Compared to the other sites in the list, the beginning of Norwood Lateral Parkway where Interstate 75 merges is considered an urban non-freeway. Its average crashes for 2013 is at 360.29 while its average for injuries and fatalities is 75.84.

Interstate 75 at Eighth Street Viaduct

This urban freeway is just a few crashes away from Interstate 75. According to reports, Interstate 71 at East Fifth Avenue recorded an average of 307.25 for crashes. Its average for injuries and fatalities is at 57.
